The more detalled the information you provide, the moreclosely the dies we make will meet your production requirements, avoiding rework or eficiency losses caused byinconsistent parameters. The following three types of core information are the key basis for our precisecustomization. We suggest you confirm them one by one in combination with your actual productionscenarios.

IV、Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can l just take photos without CAD drawings?
A: Sure! lt is recommended to take three close-up photos of the workpiece, namely the front, side and bendincpart, and mark the key dimensions (you can use the drawing tool on your mobile phone for marking).
2.Q: What should do if l’m not sure about the model of the bending machine fixture?
A: Take three photos of the “brand logo”, “fixture as a whole” and “operation panel parameters” of the bendingmachine, We can check the fixture specifications throuah the brand and model.
Q: lf the precision requirements of the workpiece are not clear, will it affect the customization of the mold?
A: Yes! lf you do not specify the precision, we will manufacture it according to the industry standard precision(such as Anale error <1°). lf higher precision is reguired, please inform us in advance so that we can adjust theprocessing technology.
